QIZHOU products are industrial equipment configured by model, battery, mast, tire and application. Return and refund terms follow the confirmed quotation, contract and product condition.

Before shipment

Buyers may request model confirmation, configuration review and inspection photos or videos before dispatch.

After shipment

If an issue occurs, contact QIZHOU with order information, serial details, photos and video. We will support diagnosis, spare parts and technical guidance according to the agreed warranty terms.

Customized equipment

Because equipment is produced or configured against confirmed requirements, cancellation, return and refund eligibility must be evaluated against the signed commercial terms.
